Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

We are looking for the ultimate glue to hold this ship together!

 

Here are some of the areas where we can use some help:

 

  • Writing job descriptions for the website:)
  • Bookkeeping
  • Light IT help
  • Assisting clients at checkout
  • Assisting clients with appointment scheduling
  • General admin tasks, like organizing company lunches, making travel plans, scheduling training, etc.

 

This might only be a part-time position based on our current need. We also have a listing for a “Concierge”. Many of the duties could overlap, which would lead to a solid full-time position.

 

Ultimately, we are looking for someone with an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and a knack for getting things done.

 

For the right candidate, this might lead to a service advisor position as we grow.

  • Hourly wage of $10-$20 per hour, based on performance & relevant experience.
