Happy Valentine’s Day to you! We’ve got some bimmer love for this edition…well, with pretty much every edition we post! So we’ll get right to the heart of it all!
First, we have this 1996 BMW 318ti. She came to us for a new valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, spark plugs, and lift gate struts. She also got a new rear window guide and rubber seals, as well as new clips on the driver’s door.
The valve cover and upper intake manifold are off to be powder coated:
Next, this 2008 BMW 528xi in platingrau came in for replacement of the transmission Mechatronics unit:
All new ignition coils and a new battery were on the list for this sparkling graphite 2006 BMW 330Ci Dinan 3. She had been running rough, and her “service engine soon” light was illuminated.
This 2004 545i in black sapphire metallic came in for diagnosis of an oil leak, a coolant leak, and a washer fluid leak. She also got a new cabin air filter, alternator bracket oil seal, coolant expansion tank, and windshield washer pump.
Ernesto has been making great progress on our newest lift. The lift will get a coat of red paint on top of the silver, which is a protective coating to prevent the return of any rust.
And more progress has been made on the 2002 project!
The pedal box is assembled:

Reggie and I went duckpin bowling with some folks from the Hoosier BMW chapter, and it was a lot of fun! We both surprisingly won for highest men and women’s score! Thanks to Hoosier BMW for a great event!
Have a fantastic weekend!
