It’s Friday, and we’re here to start your weekend with some bimmer goodness! Before we dive in, let’s talk business for a moment. We’ve got the following winter promotions to help motor you through this chilly season!
We’re so confident in our workmanship, that we’re upping our warranty from 12 months / 12,000 miles to 24 months / 24,000 miles!
*We’ve also got a Complimentary Safety Inspection, which is a basic inspection covering tires, brakes, major fluid leaks, lighting, washer and wipers, and a brief road test. Valid through 02/14/14.
Are you in need of winter tires? (We’re a Tire Rack dealer.) Are you out of room to store your summer wheels and tires? (We can help!) Call Nick for all of the details! 317.773.0074

Ok, now for some cars! Remember this 1991 BMW 318is we showed you a while back with the Metric Mechanic rebuilt S14? She’s in the shop for a bit of work, including: new rear subframe bushings, new fuel rail and injectors, new fuel hoses at fuel rail, new fuel pressure regulator, new air box assembly, new distributor cap and rotor, new front and rear brake pads and wear sensors, new front brake calipers and carrier brackets, a brake fluid service, A/C work, and a few other odds and ends. Can’t wait to see this bimmer buttoned up and on the road!
Next, we have a 2002 BMW 325i in titansilber metallic. She had a sporadic coolant level light. We also found the lower radiator hose leaking at the temperature sensor, which is a very common issue.
And finally, more progress has been made on the 2002 project. Rear brakes have been installed. The original front struts were powder coated and assembled. Reggie built and installed a new pedal box with new bushings and springs. What’s next? A front brake upgrade to vented rotors from a 320i! Oh yes!
Ernesto has been working on restoring our newest piece of equipment…and after his amazing final results on the Sun Machine and other projects, I’m excited to see this one too!
That’s all the time we’ve got for now! If you’re looking for a car event to check out, consider attending the 55th Annual World of Wheels at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Get the details on their website.
Have a great weekend!
