A Coupe, A Cabrio + A spec e30

Happy Friday to you!  It’s going to be a beautiful fall day!  With that in mind, we’ll be having a Cruise-In this evening!  We start things off at 6pm.  Come out and join us!
 

The shop has been keeping busy.  I took a few photos one day this week during a quick visit to the shop, so let’s take a look at a bit of what’s going on!

Some of the locks were damaged in this zinnoberrot 1987 BMW 325.  We gave this bimmer an all new set of matching locks. She also was in need of a new blower motor and blower motor resistor, along with a fuel pump, air filter, and fog light bulb.

A valve adjustment was performed on this spec e30 race car (1987 325is):

This ’89 325i cabrio came in with some oil leaks.  So she got all fixed up with a valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, and oil filter housing seals.  The valve cover got a nice coat of paint too.  New seat belt receivers replaced her old, faded ones, which is common on e30s.  Some detailing in the trunk was done.  The jack was mounted, and the cable mechanism that keeps the deck lid and boot from colliding was replaced.  She also got some miscellaneous trim pieces.  Ready for the road again!

Progress continues in the new space!  Last week, paint work was completed.  And this week plumbing and electrical work is being knocked out.  Reggie is excited to get moved in and get to work on some cool projects!
