And now for the latest happening at the shop!
This 2007 530xi, an e61, came in to our shop with a misfire and a rattle in the suspension. She got a new ignition coil, new spark plugs, and a new sway bar link.
Ernest removed the cylinder head from the 1983 320i’s engine, and she’s ready to be rebuilt:
The inka 2002 is on the lift and ready for work!
And now for that sweet schwarz 1988 M5! She has self-leveling suspension in the rear, and the reservoir was empty. We’re looking for leaks.
The trunk of this bimmer is different than that of other e28’s. The battery box is located there and is surrounded by plush carpeting. Said plush carpeting is not pictured, however, I do confirm that it is, in fact, plush. Here’s a look at the reservoir:Pretty much everything except the dash is wrapped in leather – the glove box, the console, the knee bolster, the door handles, you name it. Niiiice.
And to wrap up this post, we’ve got a few more photos from our sunset photo shoot with the 1984 BMW 633csi!
Love this shot that Reggie took just as the sun dipped below the horizon:
Have a great weekend!
