Happy Friday! We’re back with another edition of the blog! This week’s post will be short and sweet! First, we have a few announcements.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly fun event centered around cars, you’ll definitely want to check out Carmel Artomobilia. Hosted in the Arts & Design District in the heart of downtown Carmel, this event offers something for everyone – food, cars, art galleries, specialty shops, and more! Come say hi to us in the BMW Corral as we show the 1984 BMW 318i Baur TC along with bimmers from our friends, Hoosier BMW! Speaking of the Baur, she’ll be getting all prepped and ready for the event later today! Check out last year’s photos here.
In just a few short weeks, Hoosier BMW will be hosting the Hoosier Vintage in conjunction with their New Member Picnic. Space is limited! Click here to register and to get more information on this exciting event! It will take place at beautiful Eagle Creek Park, Saturday, September 14th. If you want more vintage bimmer goodness, join the caravan to Windy City BMW’s VintageFest the following day!
The 5-series, our 1995 BMW 525i, is in the shop and getting ready for her engine swap – an S52 B32 out of a ’97/’98 M3.
This alpinweiss II 1989 BMW 635csi came in with some stalling issues and a rusted out battery hold-down.
All new front control arms and new wheels from Tire Rack were on the list for this 2006 BMW 330i:
Did you know we are a Tire Rack dealer? And that we can store your off-season tires for you? Give Nick a call for more details at 317.773.0074!
The graphics arrived for the 1987 BMW 325is track car! Let’s watch Reggie at work! He placed the graphics where he wanted them and held them in place with a little masking tape.
With a little water, he floated this yellow vinyl into place and smoothed out any air bubbles:
Notice Reggie’s fan club in the background! 😉
Ernest worked on priming and painting some trim:
And the mirrors are ready for clear coat:
Our little guy will 1 year old soon! We can hardly believe it! Remington loves visiting the shop!
If you’re in the Noblesville area on Saturday, August 24th, you may want to check out The Lucky Teter Rebel Run car show in Forest Park! Check out their website for details!
Have a great weekend!
