Space is limited so sign up as soon as possible! If you want more vintage bimmer goodness, join the caravan to Windy City BMW’s VintageFest the following day! Stay tuned for more details! Check out some photos from last year’s event!
First up, we have an e46 2002 BMW 325i in graugruen metallic. She came in for new control arms, new control arm bushings, and sway bar links.
Next, we have this slick 1971 BMW 2002. We’re replacing all coil springs, diagnosing steering issues, installing a short shift kit, and tuning up the carburetor and engine:
Glass has been reinstalled in the e30 track car. Now she’s just waiting on graphics!
We have a few updates on the 2002 project. Reggie has fabricated some brackets in the engine bay:
And the floorpans were recently treated with POR 15’s 3 step process. First the floorpans were degreased. Next, a product was applied that turns rust to zinc phosphate. Lastly, POR 15’s protective paint keeps rust away for good.
After a few more odds and ends, this ol’ bimmer will be ready for disassembly prior to paint!!!
Ernesto worked on cleaning and prepping the S52 for installation in the 5-series!
This little guy will be 11 months in just a few days! We can hardly believe he’ll soon be a year old! Remington loves visiting the shop!
Labor Day Weekend is coming up…which means car shows! Click here for details of one of our favorite Labor Day traditions in Auburn! And of course, the auction and swap meet are a must!
