Reggie’s Motorworks 3rd Annual Swap Meet + A Sweet e21

We’ve had a taste of true spring weather here in Noblesville this week, complete with sunshine and temperatures in the mid-50s!  Most of the snow has melted, and we couldn’t be more excited to embrace the entrance of a new season!  Before we get down to business, we have a few items of, well, business to discuss!
The date has been set for our 3rd Annual Swap Meet!  Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 2nd, from 1pm-5pm!   Check out the details here!

Do you know someone who’d be interested in working in our enthusiast shop?  We are searching for someone to sell used BMW parts online, primarily e30 for now. We have an extensive inventory, but it could use some sorting/organization.  We have a web store already set up, as well as an eBay account with 3000+ positive feedback.
Our ideal person is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a working knowledge of both BMW parts and online selling.  Must have prior eBay selling experience.  We’re making room for some exciting things here in the shop, and all this stuff needs to find a new home!   If you or someone you know is looking for this type of job, please send your resume and/or relevant experience information to reggie@reggiesmotorworks.com.

We have the best customers we could ask for!  Did you know that you can earn Referral Rewards for you and a friend?  That’s right, $50 worth of shop credit!  Swing by the shop and pick up some cards!

Ok, let’s take a look at some of the cars that have been in the shop lately!

This 2006 Mini Cooper S came in for a few issues: to diagnose inoperable cruise control, to do an A/C performance test (which includes gauge check, leak test, and partial charge), new third brake light assembly, new rear lift gate struts, new S-model clutch kit, new rear main seal, and an oil and filter change.

Along with a tire rotation and Road Force balance service, a new valve cover gasket, new spark plugs, and one new ignition coil were on the list for this 2003 Audi A6 Quattro:

This schwarz II 2003 BMW 530i was in need of a new thermostat and a new fan clutch.  She also had a failed crank case vent valve, causing the valve cover gasket to blow out.  All new CCV components were replaced with Cold Climate versions.

Belt and pulley noise brought this 2005 Audio A4 Quattro into our shop:

And this sweet little henna rot e21, a 1983 BMW 320i, came in for diagnostics after not running for a couple of years:

That’s a wrap for this week!  Wishing you all a Happy (early) St. Patrick’s Day!
