This 1989 BMW 635csi came in with a failed subframe. We’ll be fabricating a new support for the front subframe. While she’s here in the shop, she’ll also get new power steering hoses, new timing cover gasket, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, an oil change, new drive belts, and repairs to the auto-leveling rear suspension.
The owner of this e30, a 1991 318is, installed a Metric Mechanic re-built S14. We’ll be completing the installation, doing some tuning, rebuilding brake calipers, and diagnosing and repairing the A/C system.
Rust repairs are being made to both front fenders and to the jack points of this brillantrot 1992 BMW 325i cabrio:

New rear brakes, a coolant flush, power steering fluid flush, and an oil change are on the itinerary for this 1988 325.
Reggie made his own tool to drain the coolant from the engine block, rather than having the bimmer up on the lift while the steaming fluid sprays out like a hot shower:

Next, we have this 1975 BMW 2002 in fjord blue. She’s getting a new fuel tank sending unit and an exhaust from Ireland Engineering. Yessss!
