Let’s take a quick look at some of what’s been keeping the guys busy this week! First, we have this 2006 Mini Cooper S in black eye purple. She was in for a new clutch slave cylinder and a brake fluid flush:
A new cam shaft solenoid, new valve cover gasket, new lower radiator hose, and an oil change were on the list for this 2007 BMW X5 3.0:
Next, this schwarz II 1999 BMW 540i came in for a new radiator and radiator hoses, new water cool alternator, and for repair of a valley pan gasket leak. This leak repair is a 7 hour + job!
Reggie and I took a quick trip along the East Coast last weekend. I had a photography workshop in Connecticut to attend, so we visited some friends in The Big Apple on our way. Here are some photos from our trip!
The Manhattan skyline in the morning:
I snapped this as Reggie was driving us to meet friends for lunch in Brooklyn:
The Williamsburg Bridge:
As I was editing for the blog, I noticed an X5 in this image! Can you find it?
Reggie found the coolest antique store yet! Wild Bill’s Nostalgia Center! I didn’t get to see it for myself, but after hearing his stories from meeting Wild Bill and seeing all that he had in his store, I’d love to go back for sure!
The Haunted House was not yet finished…isn’t it cool?
Reggie also had a chance to swing by the shop from the TV show Chasing Classic Cars while we were in Connecticut! Since it was Sunday, it wasn’t open, however, he did take a peek through the windows!
Niiice! This bimmer was for sale in their lot!
New York was amazing! In a short span of time, we saw The Statue of Liberty (from a distance), the MoMA – including one of my favorite paintings, Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and more! Whew! It was a whirlwind of a trip, but tons of fun!
We’ve heard that there’s snow in this weekend’s forecast…have no fear! You can schedule your next appointment at Reggie’s Motorworks via our new online appointment scheduler! And as always, feel free to contact Nick in the office at 317.773.0074!
Have a great weekend!
